Who are the people behind the Grandmother Project

Judi Aubel, Executive Director
Has 20 years of experience working with community health, education and child protection programs primarily in Africa but also in Latin America, Asia and the Pacific. Her training is in anthropology, public health and adult education. Her interest and expertise is in development of community programs that build on socio-cultural roles and realities and that empower communities to promote their own wellbeing.

Mamadou Coulibaly, Program Manager
Has many years of experience as a teacher and community developer in Senegal. He holds a masters degree in education and his training is in education, health and community development. His interest in in building projects that empower communities and build on community strengths.
